What is the minimum age to drive one of your vehicles?

Do you accept international driver’s licenses?

Yes. Valid driver’s licenses from any state or country are also accepted.

Do I need car insurance to drive one of your vehicles?

Yes. Insurance is required by state law. Call or email us for information on how to secure insurance for the duration of your rental.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, we can pick up and drop off customers as well as vehicles. The credit card holder must be present at vehicle pickup location to sign for the vehicle. Please call or email us for more information.

What are acceptable forms of payment?

Cash, check, credit/debit card, or traveller’s check.

Can I use another person’s credit card to rent a vehicle from you?

Yes, a authorization form will be sent to the card holder, authorizing use.

What are your mileage rates?

Each rented vehicle is entitled to 200 free miles per day. Every mile thereafter will cost 25c.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. We will freeze the amount of your rental plus 50% of that figure until the vehicle is returned.

Will I incur an extra charge for adding a driver to my rental agreement?

No. Every rented vehicle is entitled to a maximum of two drivers.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?

The vehicle must be brought back with fuel at the same level as it was when you rented it. Any underage in fuel will be replaced at one and a half times the going rate, at your expense.

Is there an additional charge for younger drivers?

No.

Can I drive one of your vehicles out of California?

Yes, but it will cost extra. Please call or email us for more information.

What accessories do you offer?

Can I expect a preferable rate if I rent one of your vehicles by the month?

Yes. Please call or email us for more information.

Do you offer AAA, travel agency or airport employee discounts?

No.

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?

Call us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your flight, and we will pick up the vehicle. (contact us)

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your at no charge no later than 72 hours prior to your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made via telephone. You will be given a confirmation number. We will collect the full amount of the reservation from your credit card if you fail to notify us of a cancellation.
